Unlike most perfume shops, which can be sensory overload due to a cloud of mixed sprays, Aura X maintains a clean, inviting environment. This allows you to actually experience the nuances of each scent before making a choice. However, the highlight of the experience is undoubtedly the customer service. While online shopping is convenient, the patience and genuine passion shown by the owner or staff are rare. In an industry where consultants often lose interest after showing a few top-sellers, Aura X encouraged us to explore their entire collection. We walked away with two favorites, but the experience ensured we will be returning for many more. I cannot recommend them highly enough to any fragrance enthusiast.
