🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to all purchases.

• Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
• Non-returnable: Opened or used fragrance bottles, and final sale items.
• Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return, back to your original payment method.
• Exchanges: Request within 7 days by emailing info@aurax.co.nz.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos at info@aurax.co.nz — we'll arrange a replacement or resolution.
• Return Shipping: Customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
