• Processing: Orders are processed same day or within 24 hours. Weekend/public holiday orders are processed the next business day.
• Domestic Delivery: Within 5 working days.
• International Delivery: Currently being finalised. Any customs duties or import charges are the customer's responsibility.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout or displayed as a flat rate at purchase.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs. Contact us if your order is significantly delayed.
